You are right about dilution but market price will eventually dictate buy-out price no matter what underlying value of resources that we may have

Wrong...Providence (PV) was trading at 32 cents and I guess Teck just felt like paying 4$.

I don't care what anybody says. Nothing can or will make me doubt what I know.

* insider own 64% and never sold, bought uo to $2.64

* Stifel average is is $2.40

* Feasibility around the corner, forcing Teck

* Updated RE has already started

* Huge resource still getting better along the 20km trend (see hole 415)

* All 2011 drill holes have been very positive still 10 more to come.
