jeez, Vette told you a FACT about a stock in the same situation :

Wrong...Providence (PV) was trading at 32 cents and I guess Teck just felt like paying 4$.

end of story. YES its possible that teck buys us out 5$ even if were trading at 1.15, but YES it would be nice to get a higher sp so we might even get MORE than that ...
