When it comes time to sell, if Teck opts to earn back 75%, we will have 24.82% to sell.

There is also value in Teck having to secure the financing and CUU being the operator until such time as Teck has earned-back their percentage. We can sell this arrangement along with our 24.82%.

We do not have to hurry if a poor offer comes along at first. We can wait because we do not need to fund anything further at that point.
