Please remember too though that you need to take into account the amount of tonnes, 2.0% is great for numbers but economics dictate differently...if they cant offset the tonnes with grade to make a profit after recuperating costs the grade becomes slightly insignificant.
Theres a lot of explorers and junior miners out there that are overvalued.....a high price is inevitable if the market falls into bed with a particular stock, it doesnt really need to hold value in the first place either. Theres a lot of bad bets out there and the resource industry tends to use a lot of slightly underhanded ploys to make themselves sound better than they really are.
A lot of the big mines in the world are low grade......you only build a mine once but you have that many more lower-cost tonnes to make your cash back from.
