Ernesto could have waited for the company to be sold to get his 1.4 million loan back.

But No.

He prefered to add another 1.3 million shares at $1.10 to his already 215 million shares....

Think about that.

He's also doing it now because he get's more shares now vs if he was doing this at $2.
