You don't need to be a laywer to figure this out. There's no way to make a deal when you don't have a structured agreement to settle a debt. Some might think this was done now because we don't have news but that's not true unless Elmer has no corporate update in hand. We have yet to see Elmer without a plan.

What this tells me is everything is on track. There are other small details like this to attend to. We have not settled all the land issues. There's still 2 parcels to consider buying. Due to the time lapse I'm thinking the current owners want too much. There should be a fresh round of options for the management. We have not heard about the road. There should be some discussion but that could be left to the buyer. (Will Elmer leave anything to the buyer? LOL).
