I agree with the potential advantage of having professional negotiators representing our, and the insiders interests.
My point was that whoever they are, they will still need approval from Ernesto to close any deal.
He has too much at stake to allow anyone else to commit his interests without his explicit OK.
That being said, I think he too is all for outside representation in dealing with Teck.
Frankly, I don't think there are ANY significant decisions made without Ernestos blessing.
