I found this on the bottom of Page 13 of the 3rd Quarter MD&A…….just happened to be perusing thru it.

We may possibly have more debt to repay to Mr. Enchavarria? Maybe someone could ask Mike or Elmer to elaborate on any remaining debt and timing or plans to clear the books.

“Subsequent Event

Subsequent to the quarter, a Director of the Company advanced the Company $4,450,000 of which $2,500,000 may be applied to the private placement announced on September 7, 2010.”
