Further to my conversation with Elmer recently, when we were speaking about value and he couldn't, of course, give me his number he did cut the conversation off and say that he was privy to a lot more information than any one else in this project and he is buying. He couldn't tell me what it was going to sell for or how a deal would be structured or the results of the Feasibility but he could say he was

Please explain how he could be buying when he is privy to a lot more information than anyone else in this project.

Are you sure that's what he said because that would be trading on insider information and illegal.
