Just a couple questions surrounding options:
We know EE has 600K+ options out there... is there a table somewhere that shows how many options in total out there, and their respective strike prices and expiry dates?
The other question relates to these options in a buyout situation. I assume that when Teck makes an offer to scoop CUU up that it will be $X/share based on the number of shares outstanding + all vested stock options?
I know it likely has no impact on the final result, but as I was driving to work this morning, I got curious as to whether it's 1%, 2% of the total float. Might not even be 1%.
The biggest green light you might ever see is if EE starts striking his options... more deck clearing before the you-know-what.
