The SOPA Bill in the USA intends to make it illegal to copy paste materials.

This will make sharing DD very difficult. (Webgogs, Jan 2012; Agoracom).

Are individuals able to copy/paste if the original author is cited...like in the good'ol'days of university english class? Or will information be meant for reading only?
