I would also like to know if the Company has in fact hired a Consultant to value the Company, is this a standard practice in the industry? Haven't really heard much of this before. I'm assuming Teck approved the Consultant selection?

If this is in reference to my conversation with Elmer, he didn't say they were going to hire a consultant to value the company. He said they were going to hire someone to help with the negotiations when we get to that stage. That would be a consultant negotiating on our behalf with Teck and/or anyone else. Therefore Teck would not have anything to do with approving of them or not. I did not think they had hired anyone yet, but, you never know, that could have been the purpose of the last Private Placement.
