Can I get some suggestions from the board on where to get GOOD up to date info.

I`ve got a few web sites i`ve found , some are hard to page threw , tons of pop up at times or subscribe to them, yet I`ve found some good ones.

Anybody got any other web sites that are decent? that they use?
