I have never professed to know much about the junior mining industry, but if CUU is holding some information back from the Titan studies (for what ever reason) I would think that to be highly questionable and most likely not legal. However, if all that is required as a Titan report is a picture, like we got, and not an in-depth analysis (Vette's example) then that's another story. Is CUU (or any other mining company for that matter) obliged to release their interpretation and analysis of the Titan data sets, or is it enough just to publish pretty pictures? I have no clue.
Vette has brought out an interesting question about the depth of the CUU Titan report that was released to us. His example of an in-depth Titan report is a bit troublesome at least for me, and I will ask that question when I talk to CUU tomorrow.
