Just my 2 cents....but this would stand to reason why in some cases that it was quite on the board.....as in we kinda knew that info was comming out becasue the boys were blacked out form buying.....yet nothing would happen.

Just maybe that was a legal thing.

DOn`t know, just throwing my 2 cents in....but this happened many times.
