One other thing I asked Elmer was about the access and power to Schaft Creek (was CUU in line for power from the NTL). He said he wasn't quite sure how to do that. He also discribed the road access as it is to Mess Creek but reading between the lines he knows this will all be over for him long before access and power become an issue.

We also talked valuation. From my perspective now, as much fun as it may be to try and figure out what this company is worth there are way to many variables (mainly Teck) to factor in.
