Is it at all possible that Tck backs into schaft creek at the 75% and cuu staying on board to explore the remainder of the properties? This would keep cuu true to their word of not wanting to mine and still get to explore the mammoth of a resource we are sitting on. I do understand that Tck may not want to have cuu control the mine development but deals are always made to be amended. Why would Elmer be excited for further exploration and not as much as a buyout?
