Actually, they could do a lot better than that if they wanted.

For whatever Teck would have to cough up to buy a quarter of Schaft Creek, since they already own the rest, they could sell the whole package for 4 or 5 times, or more, what they pay us.

This is as much a no brainer to them, money on the sidewalk, as it is to Ernesto.

They are each looking at a near guaranteed 4 bagger for simply tossing in a few bucks, of which they each have ample.
