Vette, You are exactly correct. That's why I would be very surprised if Tech goes more than a few days after the BFS is released before making an offer. Would not be surprised at all if they made an offer the same day as the BFS is released. However, they are a large company with a beuraucracy, so they might take a while, to our benefit. Not only do we have new info possibly coming in, any hesitation on their part means possible competitors will have time to obtain and digest information that already exists. Even if they make a quick and generous offer, the time from the release of the BFS until a buyout is completed promises to be interesting, and perhaps even "fun" for longs. RIp
