$5 is quite reasonable, I believe.

Based on my quick and dirty calculation, NPV of SC should be worth $4.7 a share. The balance of the property should be worth at least a couple of dollars. My estimate of a fair value for CUU all in is $5 to $7, and the upper limit may go higher depending on future drill data.
