I think the news release was put out as soon as they could as Emer has stated in the past, I do however believe that what happening with Greece this week end had put some urgency on this for me. If this NR was on Monday and Greece had not come to some resolution and agreement with EU this would over shadow and market is still reacting emotionaling to the news
