I agree that the clock won't stop once the BFS comes out, but elmer is no going to be silly and put Teck between a rock in the hard place. They have a transparent relationship at this point, what we have is big and no one is questioning that, the issue is who is big enough to develope this "district"? A hand full of groups can afford this. I believe there are others in the wings, but may question why Teck isn't backing in and warrent a discount.

So price and timing could be effected by negative news. I prefer sooner than later.

Greece will drag this out till the end, I expect the Mid march deadline to be used ....
