I believe Elmer mentioned it quickly during the presentation at Cambridge House. I asked him again in details about it why. He mentioned because of the drill results he saw, he wanted to drill more and find out what's in the ground. He said FS can come later. He continued saying that since CUU have over a billion tonnes already, it's not point to wait and push for higher tonnage, so he's going in with a FS.

Honestly, it was hard to follow what he says because he talks in a very technical and geological way where I'm not as geo savvy as other ppl so I had trouble following him.
