It's not clear that a deal has been reached. It has to be accepted by the Troika before it is actually completed. Even in Greece some of the politicians are distancing themselves from the deal.
In my opinion, we haven't yet seen the market reaction to a genuine Greek deal.
I read that the Troika want each leader of the political parties in Greece that are signatories to the deal to meet with them, one at a time, to discuss their commitment to this deal. That is going to be very difficult because a spokesperson for Laos, the junior party, has come out and said it had not even been informed about the bailout agreement.
Meanwhile though there has been a lot of good press in our part of the world from Harper's visit to China and talk of trade agreements. Hopefully that will influence our fortunes rather than the mess in Europe.
