I don't think we can honestly calculate how much buyout SP will be. We don't have enough information.

Information required further to calculate SP.

-Revised FS. How much cost per pound of copper will be?

-Updated RE. How much resources we have in the ground.

-Back In Option. What will Teck do? CUU is a 25% owner or 75% owner? or a 60%?

-Potential. What is the potential of SC? We have potentially 3 more zones of similar characteristics. Are those 3 deposits?

There isn't enough information to fairly value CUU right now. The matter is that management/insiders are balls deep into this company and with them directing the company, I'm confident that they want a good pay off for their shares.
