Chips does seem to be reflecting a bit of the intentional "lack of awareness" that got to be old back at "oh so peachy" SH.

"Teck isn't going to buy per Lindsay"...Repeatedly debunked by Prospekt

"Teck doesn't have the money"...They have billions of free cash, Chinese backing and shares to trade

Does chips have an alternate agenda or an attention disorder?
