Once people realize this project will actually get built, things will take off quickly for us (assuming we are still around). For a great example, take a look at the Mt Milligan project.

July 2010 - Thompson Creek buys the entire project for $650M

Jan 2012 - Thompson Creek sells 15% of the future gold production for $270M, implying a 100% valuation of $1800M for just the gold. This mine will also produce copper.
