I've studied this for a long time. I've seen people unwind early positions. Anon is used to cloak the manouver by someone with a big interest. There would be technical reasons for Stifel selling. Like I said before, they may have bought to create a confidence trap. Then they sell off taking a small loss so they can be in an unbiased position for financing any JV or merger or any other way this goes down. I'm very sure they are they money behind us. Lossening up shares for us is good for us too.
