Once PDAC is done we have to plan a new round of trading if no deal pops up.

That's the problem, after PDAC/Feasibility...Teck has 120 days and can act on day 5, 9, etc....

Then you have the Revised RE that will pop up in between, or a suprise new player making a offer.
