Read the paper first then study the 1993 technicla paper. I would also recommend you talk to Elmer too. If you want to try take me on you're going to need your facts and a damn good arguement worked.

I excluded them from my comparison for too many reasons. I stand by those reasons. I suspect that after you actually study the diferences you will come to the same conclusions.

There are better projects for comparison. I found 10. Our last couple of rounds of assays leave those wanting.
