I don't think they can do that as BFS is material info. that must be released to the public. SEC rules regarding timely release of material info. is very clear and holding onto info like that would be cause for SEC action. Contrary to what many believe has been happening here there has been no consipiracy in withholding material info. like drill results etc. to gain a better advantage. Management has acted above board in releasing drill assays etc. on a timely manner. There has been no withholding of material info. Why would management jeapordize their standing and a potential deal with Teck by playing these games? Delays have happened because of the assay labs plain and simple. Ask around. I hold other juniors that have also had delays of up to 2 months. Last year was a record year for exploration as metal prices have been the highest ever so delays are inevitable as labs have more work than they can handle.
