1) When do you think the BFS will be released?

Before PDAC. I think if it's not out before PDAC, then it's going to go into Q2 and that before Q2 and after PDAC is least likely.

2) At what time during the day do you think the BFS news release will be released?

Morning.

3) Do you think CUU will initiate a halt prior to the release of the BFS?

No, they'll want to see a rise in the SP so that when TECK makes an offer, our SP and the offer aren't so dramatically different that it causes TECK shareholders to question the premium and get upset (a la Fording, even though a great deal - you want people to understand it's a great deal). If however, TECK makes an offering for the rest in tandum with the BFS - I think we'll see a halt.
