CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
i think we have far too many outstanding shares to warrant a $5 buyout, so my conservative guess for a buyout is in the low $2 area. which is still multiples above what the average insider bought their shares for.
My brother we`ll probably end up getting $4 for Schaft Creek alone.
Then add our interest in Liard.
Add our assets.
Add a premium for forward looking potential (a pity it wont be full price but it all adds up)
Add what will probably work out to a premium to ensure we dont go shopping our chunk around.
Add our 100% owned properties.
etc. etc.
Youre right.....CUU is heavily diulted, and I dont see any way we`re going to get over $7, but I also dont see any way we`re going to get under $5.
I can assure you though we`ll get a lot more than low $2 figures.
3-5x your money in the short term with low risk is a hell of an investment in my books no matter how you cut the cake.
