I read an article today about Ivanhoe and I think it shows how important our Teck agreement is.

Last month, Rio Tinto increased its ownership in Ivanhoe to 51%, a stake that gives it effective control of the Canadian miner without having paid a premium to other shareholders—a move that Ivanhoe CEO and founder Mr. Friedland had fought to prevent.

So even if Teck backs in for 75%, CUU still has controlling interest. The big mining company would want control. If Teck wants Schaft Creek, they want it with control.
