It is possible to change the contract to eliminate those grey areas and define the terms to represent something more appropriate for both parties. They would both need to agree to the new terms, with the insider ownership, it wouldn't be hard to gain a majority support. It might be something that would make sense and give some clarity to the larger deposit size of transaction.
