I looked on SEDI...no filing or transaction today or this month.

The 97 cent options expire Feb 25th (tomorrow). They could have bought the options or sold shares at 1.38 today or all month and exercise their 97 cents...but they didn't. The options have been pushed forward.

So yes they are blacked out.

Since we have not received any news this week...this blackout is different.

Either enough feasibility info is in hand or something else, something important.

There you have..those who look for clues will find answers.
