Dear Stomper:

In response to your quote:

"I agree...but I also think ES doesn't have the stones to do this (and ultimately, I suppose it's EE that would give that OK). As you allude to, TCK has been calling shots on a number of items. I haven't seen anything in the last 18 months showing that ES is willing to go hard on TCK."

Mr. Stewart is extremely well regarded by Teck Resources and the mining industry. Teck needs and wants him to prove up the emerging Schaft Creek Mining District. From my understanding, the relationship between Teck and Copper Fox is collegial, collaborative, and symbiotic.

Mr. Stewart no only commands the respect of his loyal shareholders, it is clear to me that he is regarded as a senior, credible geologist with a proven background for bringing mines to development. There is no need to go "hard" on Teck or be adversarial at this time. Mr. Stewart's recent appointment as a Director of Liard Mining is just one example of the high esteem in which he is held. I am sure that he won't be pushed around or swindled. Moreover, I don't think Senor Echeverria (the savy Mexican billionaire) is considered a soft or naive touch other. Just my opinion. Gold luck to all.

Give the company a call, I am sure they would be happy to speak with you.
