All of these guys know within a pretty close range everything that will be in the BFS including the costs, probably within + or - 10%, of any of the details associated with the mine plan.
I find it difficult to believe that there will be any surprises in the BFS at this juncture
Given the scope of the project, this leads me toward the conclusion that there are actual negotiations underway
Nogotiations that can occur with the proviso that they would be subject to adjustment should there be any surprises in the BFS
It would be foolhardy of Teck to not be doing this assuming they have any interest in the Schaft Project
It is old ground that they will be getting it for a fraction of what it would be worth to CUU, or any other developer
So enough with the mysteries and hand wringing
Teck is either in the mineral production business or they are not
Dump or get off the pot
