It is all related to frustration showing after countless delays. We have no idea why all of the delays have occured - to an outsider looking in it would appear to be amature hour, but we know the people in charge are good so there must be something else at play.

I have been following this story for 2+years, and although i end up yelling at my dog after every delay....I am still long.
