Very interesting interview. I thought one of the key points made by Mr. Lindsay is that they think long term ( not just out 3 -5 years out) but 10 - 50yrs. He also made the point that their investment decisions sometimes don't always garner support from their shareholders but that shareholders have to understand their total strategy in building a world class resource company cannot just be based on short time frames and profits. Very interesting. Also puts to rest the arguments some have made here that Teck would never piss off their shareholders by paying 200 -400% premiums over market price for a quality asset.
