No. The halt will not stay until Teck makes its decision; it will only last for a few hours for the NR to reach all investors. The halt will not stay while Teck is figuring out what to do.

Once Teck decides and makes its decision known to CUU management, usually via an offer, then the stock may be halted again for CUU management to release the info via a NR.
