While I was advised by Elmer that Silver would not be in BFS, I did ask him if there would be recognition regarding Silver in any negotiation and he indicated that it would be.

This is just my recollection (if my memory serves me correctly) on this point with Elmer.

I am hoping the BFS comes really soon :)
