http://www.usw9346.ca/newsletter02-12.pdf ... Teck can not attract skilled works for the mines they already run... NO chance they find them for copper fox... Also there is major expansion in the oil sands that will subtract from the workers currently at Teck...

IMO Teck has no choice but to buy out CUU...
