Yes and no. BFS would give us a fair price of how much schaft creek is worth.

Whereas buy out price would depends on the following:

-Teck Agreement, how much they are going to back in?

-Potential of the property. Elmer is confident that there are more deposits that's waiting to be drilled.

-Updated RE. I believe BFS is based on the RE from 2011 that's includes 2010 drilling and not 2011.
