Predictions don't always come true unfortunately.

My suggestion to you is to do your own due diligence and supplement that with some of what others have provided. Vette is a very valuable poster that provides a lot of great information for all of us. However, he has no way of knowing with any certainty what will come to pass in the near future. No offense intended to yourself or Vette here, but he is looking out for himself first and foremost (nothing wrong with that). A prediction is just that - what he thinks or hopes will happen. As far as I know he has no inside information regarding what Teck will offer or what CFM will push for.
