I dont' think these new claims (or the Sept 2011 M&M claims) would be for waste dumping. All of these claims are either mountain tops (or close) or strips adjacent to Schaft Creek.

I believe that the Hickman claims were acquired (a few yrs ago) for a tailings backup plan.
