Message: Teck and Feasibility

1) We know that when Feasibility comes out , CUU receives the voting shares, thus control

2) The major miners of the world will notice us

3) Insiders are blacked out since Feb 1st

4) We just bought more land ??????

STOP

Teck does not want us to release Feasibility, they want the Feasibility released once they own 100% so that it benefits their share price.

We'll see the Feasibility..but only once Teck owns us and releases it, not the other way around.

So they have CUU buy more land before they acquire us because Teck would then own that land. The Feasibility would just attract to many bidders and make the claims around more expensive.

The only way CUU would say yes to all this is if they had a crazy good deal with Teck:

Cash+Teck shares+JV on new properties+royalty or dividend on Schaft etc......

Or we could be Tecks new partner on this...

We will soon see.

But the nature of the original contract (CUU control, but Teck 75%) forces Teck and CUU to work together.
