I'm with the general on this one. It is extremely unlikely for the Mexican and for CUU management to risk a class action suit from the minority shareholders if a deal is struck with TCK without full disclosure of all pertinent information to the public. The BFS will be disclosed before any final deal is struck; they might have some leeway on the timing, but not too much. JMO
