Let's add this fact: Elmer Stewart has taken five metal deposits and turned them into mines. He didn't just fall off the turnip truck and he's not some shady businessman in a suit looking to fleece investors.
He's an eminent geologist and one who has referred to the Golden Triangle becoming a mining district. I don't think he's exaggerating. CUU couldn't be in better hands.
