Wow Web that is a lot to digest. I'm only going to comment on a few items:

Missing Q1[IF IT IS PAST Q1 - all info from the company says that it will meet Q1]

I am not sure how being a few weeks past Q1 would take us out to 2013. I don't think a few weeks is that critical in the context of the months that we've been waiting. The "Sell in May" scenario is still a month off at that point. As far as getting construction started, there is still a lot of other things to fall into place, and, when they do, a lot of work still can be done in the dead of winter (some things like felling the ROW would acutally be more efficient in winter).

Galore

I don't know if the Galore construction shut-down was any real indication of Teck and NG falling out. Maybe NG signaled to TCK that it was going to need to sell it's half to put into its main project in Alaska? TCK may have decided to wait and see who the next partner is? Galore has a lot of other reasons to be mothballed for now too; those same reasons are also very good reasons for NG to DUMP Galore.

Delaying BFS

As far as 'delaying' the BFS for some strategic move or reason, I think that it is simply the BFS will be ready when the consultants sign off on the result that best matches CUU's need for a kickass BFS. It will be released when it is ready.
